1. In compliance with the DepEd Education Facilities Manual, all schools are required to maintain an accurate inventory of school infrastructure. In this regard, schools are directed to submit an updated copy of their National School Building Inventory (NSBI) and Site Development Plan (SDP).
2. All School Heads shall submit one (1) hard copy of the NSBI and SDP printed on folio/legal-size bond paper, landscape format, on or before January 30, 2026 (Friday).
3. Travel expenses incurred in connection with participation in face-to-face activities shall be charged against available local funds subject to existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
