1. Relative to the conduct of Preparation and Consolidation of FY2025 Year-End Financial Report on January 08-09, 2026 at The Via Appia Retreat Training Development Center and Hotel, Inc, Tagaytay City, Cavite, this Office hereby informs the field that there will be no on-site transactions in OSDS-Budget and Finance Services.
2. In line with this, all concerned are advised that there shall be no physical transactions during the said schedule in the Budget and Finance Services. All official transactions shall proceed on alternative platforms such as, but not limited to, official online sites, phone calls, or coordinate with the Records Unit for the receiving of documents.
