1. In preparation for the forthcoming Dasmariñas City Athletic Meet, the City
Schools Division of Dasmariñas will conduct an onsite Meeting among private
schools on January 16, 2024; at 1:00 in the afternoon at Dasmariñas Integrated High School-Library.
2. Participants in this activity are the CDAPS Officers and school sports coordinators.
3. Respective school sports coordinators shall bring a list of sports they are going
to compete/participate in the 2024 Dasmariñas City Athletic Meet duly signed by
their school principals.
4. Moreover, District Supervisors, Division Chiefs, Education Program Supervisors-MAPEH, and Division Sports Officers shall attend the meeting
5. Participation to this activity shall observe DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and
guidelines.
6. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face activities shall
be charged against available local fuds, subject to usual accounting and auditing
guidelines.
7. Furthermore, the Program Management Team has fully understood and shall
comply with Division Order No. 1, s. 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic
Products in Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas and
Division Memorandum No. 45, s. 2021 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic
Products in All Division and School Training and Activities.
