1. In the pursuit of delivering quality education services aligned to the principles of Quality Management System per DepEd Order 009, s. 2021, “Institutionalization of a Quality Management System in the Department of Education” and DepEd Memorandum No. 14, s. 2022, “The DepEd Quality Management System Manual,” the field is hereby informed of the composition of National Quality Management System (NQMS) Committees and Members as of January 2026.
2. Attached to this Memorandum is the National Quality Management System (NQMS) Committees and Members updated as of January 2026 of this Division Office. The designation under this composition shall rescind all former designations and assignments in relation to NQMS implementation.
3. Special Orders for the concerned Division Officials and Personnel shall be conferred during the NQMS Week Kick-Off.
