1. In the pursuit of delivering quality education services aligned to the principles of Quality Management System per DepEd Order 009, s. 2021, “Institutionalization of a Quality Management System in the Department of Education” and DepEd Memorandum No. 14, s. 2022, “The DepEd Quality Management System Manual and Procedures and Work Instructions Manual,” and as agreed during the recent Management Review held last December 09, 2025, this Division shall observe January 12-16, 2026 as its National Quality Management System (NQMS) Week to be participated by all division officials and personnel.
