1. Authority is hereby granted to Dr. Jhonie Jeff I. Marquez, Public Schools District Supervisor and Officer-in-Charge, Education Program Supervisor in Science, to conduct a Division Meeting on January 08, 2025, 2:00 PM at Dasmarinas Integrated High School, Library.
2. The agenda of the meeting is as follows:
a. Most Essential Learning Competencies covered in Quarters I and II
b. E-QWART Result Quarters I and II
c. Division SSES and STE Monitoring
d. Planning for STEMAZING 2025
e. Other Matters
3. Attendees in this meeting are the Science Division Supervisor, Head Teachers, Elementary School Key Person/Coordinators, and Program Management Team.
4. Participation to this meeting shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
5. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face activities shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
