1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No.23, s. 2024 titled “Implementation of
Catch-up Fridays,” the field is hereby furnished with the monitoring tool for the Regional Office Monitoring on the implementation of Catch-up Fridays. Enclosed herewith is the template.
2. CID Officials are directed to monitor and gather observations from schools for the “Quarterly Report on Catch-up Fridays-SDO” to be submitted a week immediately following each quarter.
3. Widest dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
