1. Relative to the aforementioned division memorandum, this office requires all CarD Pro Season 2 participants to submit Job-Embedded Learning (JEL) Plan on or before January 17, 2024, via MS Teams- CARD PRO SEASON 2 Class.

2. The Job-Embedded Learning (JEL) Plan aims to enhance the quality of learning by integrating continuous skill development into the daily work of personnel. The key purposes of accomplishing a JEL Plan are the following:

a. Ongoing Skill Development: It ensures that personnel continue learning while on the job, integrating new knowledge and skills into their regular teaching activities.

b. Reflective Practice: Personnel are encouraged to constantly reflect on and evaluate their practices, generating new insights and learning from their experiences.

c. Collaboration and Sharing: Personnel share their experiences and develop new insights with colleagues, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

d. Improvement of Practices: The ultimate goal is to improve the overall quality of work.

3. The JEL Plan template can be accessed in the above-mentioned MS Teams Class. Participants who are not yet members of the group are kindly requested to join our MS Teams using the Team Code 96b0214.

4. Submission of JEL Plan and Accomplishment Report are necessary to receive the certificate of completion.
