2. The online form will only be accepting responses from March 1, 2021 (Monday) to March 5, 2021 (Friday) through this link: https://tinyurl.com/AGpilotsurvey. Rest assured that responses obtained will be treated to strict compliance with R.A.10 173-Data Privacy Act of
2012.
