1. To select student-athletes who will represent the Division in the upcoming higher Athletic Meets, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas will conduct the 2024 Dasmarinas City Athletic Association Meet on February 19-23, 2024.
2. Anent this, Medical and Dental Examination of Athletes, Coaches/Asst.
Coaches/Chaperons and Technical Officials are scheduled on the following dates:

3. In addition, Screening and Accreditation of Documents shall be held from
January 29 to February 2, 2024, at Dasmarinas II Central ES Library, from 8:00
am to 4:00 pm, to be facilitated by the Division Screening and Accreditation Committee (DSAC) headed by Ms. Marie Jane T. Marquina (DSAC Chairperson-Elem/Sec) and Ms. Ma. Victoria A. Sia (DSAC Chairperson-SPED). Please see attached annex for the complete details.
4. The “No Papers, No Play Policy” will be strictly implemented. Late and incomplete documents will not be accepted. Failure to submit all the required documents on the scheduled date shall be grounds for denial of registration and participation.
5. Guidelines on Eligibility of Athletes, documentary requirements, and screening
and accreditation guidelines are in accordance with the Palarong Pambansa rules and guidelines stated in DepEd Memorandum 05 s.2023 and DepEd
Memorandum No. 35 s. 2023 and the latest Palaro issuances.
6. Participation in this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring
Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and
guidelines.
