1. For the information of all concerned, the Province of Cavite has been placed under Covid 19 Alert Level 1 effective March 1- 15, 2022. Pursuant to the amended Guidelines on the Nationwide Implementation of Alert Level System for Covid – 19 Response which was issued by the IATF on February 27, 2022, all agencies and instrumentalities of the government shall adhere to 100% on-site workforce. However, off-site work shall be under such work arrangements subject to relevant rules and regulations issued by the Civil Service Commission, the Department of Education, and the Office of the President. As such, please be guided of the following protocols, to wit:
a. All Division Units/Offices in the Schools Division Office may now operate on full capacity consistent with the national issuances on vaccination requirements for on-site work;
b. Work arrangements for teachers in the school level shall be governed by DepEd Order No. 11, s. 2020 with its subsequent clarifications through DM-PHRODFO-2020-00198 and relevant policy of the Civil Service Commission; and
c. All personnel shall adhere at all times to the existing health and safety standards and protocols to prevent infection in the workplace.
2. A copy of the amended IATF Guidelines and DM-PHRODFO-2020-00198 are herein attached for your reference.
