1. With reference to DepEd Memorandum (DM) No. 004, s. 2022 or the Implementation of the Results-Based Performance Management System – Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (RPMS-PPST) for School Year (SY) 2021-2022, the Bureau of Human Resource and Organizational Development – Human Resource Development Division (BHROD-HRDD) will soon release three (3) orientation videos that will discuss the last set of indicators of the RPMS-PPST. Pending to this release, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas will conduct the orientation on March 2, 2022, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM via YouTube Unlisted Live Stream.
2. This activity aims to orient the participants on DM 004, s. 2022, specifically the 18 RPMS-PPST indicators for SY 2021-2022, the prescribed Means of Verification (MOV) for each indicator, alternative classroom observation, and other frequently asked questions that the field may have on the RPMS-PPST for teachers.
3. Participants to this activity are the supervisors, school heads, master teachers, teachers, and select CSDO Personnel.
4. Participants are advised to access the Frequently Asked Questions link bit.ly/QonRPMS on or before February 28, 2022
5. Video recordings and materials to be used during orientation will also be forwarded to the respective schools and personnel for reference.
