1. In preparation for the 2026 Regional Athletic Association Meet (RAAM), this office hereby informs the field regarding the conduct of interview of athletes, coaches, assistant coaches, and chaperones to be conducted by the Regional Screening and Accreditation Committee (RSAC) on February 10, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the National College of Science and Technology Multipurpose Hall.
2. The participants for this activity are as follows:
a. 380 Learner-Athletes
b. 60 Coaches
c. 16 Assistant Coaches
d. 12 Chaperones
e. 7 Members of the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas Screening and Accreditation Committee (Please see Enclosure No. 1)
f. 10 Members of the Regional Screening and Accreditation Committee (RSAC)
3. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
