1. In an effort to uphold the health and safety of our school community, effective
immediately, it is mandatory for learners displaying symptoms resembling COVID-19 to wear face masks while on school premises.
2. Symptoms include but are not limited to cough, colds, fever, and respiratory
distress. This precautionary measure aims to minimize the potential spread of infections within the school environment.
3. Furthermore, learners are advised to stay at home if they exhibit any COVID- like symptoms. School clinic teachers shall take charge of COVID-19 case reporting to the Health and Nutrition Unit.
4. Learners with symptoms should wear masks until they can be safely sent home or as advised by healthcare professionals.
5. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Memorandum is
directed.
