1. President Rodrigo R. Duterte through Executive Secretary Salvador C. Medialdea approved on March 28, 2021 the recommendation of Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) under Resolution No.106-A placing the provinces of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, and the National Capital Region under Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) effective 12:01 am of March 29, 2021 until end of April 04, 2021. Attached hereto are the copies of the cited memorandum and IATF resolution.
2. Hence, the guidelines for areas placed under ECQ as provided in IATF Omnibus Guidelines on the Implementation of Community Quarantine in the Philippines with amendments as of March 28, 2021 and other Department issuances shall be applicable, to wit:
