1. In consonance with Regional Memorandum No. 82, s. 2023 or the Conduct of 2023 Regional Athletic Association Meet, this Office announces the Conduct of 2023 Dasmarinas City Athletic Meet on February 22-24, 2023, which aims to select the most qualified student-athletes for individual and team sports events.
2. In this regard, the screening of documents of athletes and coaches will be on February 20-21, 2023, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at Dasmarinas II Central School Library.
3. The “No Papers, No Play Policy” will be strictly implemented. Late and incomplete folders and documents will not be accepted.
4. Moreover, a copy of the official lineup per event for the City Meet shall be submitted to Ms. Katrina Hernandez, Local Youth Development, Officer of the City of Dasmarinas at the Local Youth Development Office, 2/F Aklatang Panlungsod ng Dasmarinas, via email at dasma.lydo@gmail.com on or before Monday, February 20, 2023, until 5:00 pm.
5. Kindly be advised that the eligibility and performance of the athletes will be thoroughly screened. Winners in the City Meet are not automatically guaranteed a slot as a representative of the City of Dasmarinas in the 2023 Regional Athletic Association Meet.
6. Enclosed are the Division Screening and Accreditation Committee (DSAC) and the Guidelines and the List of Documentary Requirements to be accomplished and submitted for the participation in the City Meet.
7. Immediate and widest dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
