1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 017, s. 2026, titled “Addendum to Division Memorandum No 785, s. 2025, 2026 Division Festival of Talents (DFOT) Re: Category, Mechanics, Date, Venue, And Technical Working Committee”, this Addendum Memorandum is hereby issued to provide additional information relative to Values Education (HeartLens: Stories that Inspire) venue, submission link and TWG.

3. Participation in this meeting shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task, as well as other existing DepEd rules and guidelines. School Heads must ensure that teachers coordinate their schedules to avoid class disruptions and maintain engaged time-on-task.
