1. With reference to Aide Memoire released by the Department of Education last February 16, 2022 titled Covid-19 Vaccination Protocols For On-Site Reporting of Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel of the Department of Education, this division reiterates that all unvaccinated personnel who will be needed to report on-site, travel on official business or attend a work-related face-to-face gathering (e.g., seminar, training, monitoring, meeting) shall be required to present a negative result of RT-PCR or antigen test undertaken at most 48 hours before the day of reporting, and which shall be valid for up to two weeks from the day of testing.
