1. Relative to the conduct of the Division Festival of Talents (DFOT), this Office,
through the Curriculum Implementation Division will hold an onsite meeting on
February 1, 2024, at 9:00 am, at Dr. Jose P. Rizal Senior High School to discuss the conduct of the 2024 Division Festival of Talents and other matters on curriculum and instruction in Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health
(MAPEH).
2. Participants in this activity are MAPEH elementary focal persons and department heads.
3. Participants in this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on
Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and
guidelines.
4. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face activities shall
be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing
guidelines.
5. Furthermore, the Program Management Team has fully understood and shall
comply with Division Order No. 1, s. 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic
Products in Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas and
Division Memorandum No. 45, s. 2021 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Training and Activities.
6. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
