1. In the Division’s pursuit to track the academic performance and progress of learners and the progress of implementation of the Division Learning Recovery and Continuity Plan (LRCP) and in compliance to Regional Memorandum No. 76, s. 2023 or the Submission of Quarterly Assessment Data in All Key Stages, this Office, through the Curriculum Implementation Division, directs all schools to accomplish and submit the Quarterly Learning Outcomes Assessment Reports for SY 2022-2023.

2. Enclosed to this Memorandum are the templates for the Quarterly Learning Outcomes Assessment Reports and the list of School Assessment Coordinators. For schools not on the list of School Assessment Coordinators, they are requested to select two (2) coordinators per school: 1 official and 1 alternate. The coordinators are instructed to accomplish the online form for Personal and Professional Profile at https://tinyurl.com/DasmaAssessmentCoordinators until February 28, 2023.
