In harmony with the existing policies congruent to National Certificate II (NC II) assessment program of this Division, all school heads are hereby enjoined to provide all the necessary guidance and support to all TLE and TVL learners for them to secure the said TESDA Certification. Be reminded that NC II is a strong success indicator in the implementation of TLE and TVL Curriculum in your schools.
Furthermore, you are hereby required to submit a certified true copy of the NC II of your learners to Dr. Virgilio 0. Guevarra, EPS – TLE, two weeks before the recognition / moving-up /-graduation ceremony, the names shall be included in the Division Congratulatory Memorandum.
