1. The City Schools Division of Dasmarinas strongly promotes the continuous implementation of a comprehensive Learning Action Cell (LAC), and professional development of its teaching staff, citing the value of lifelong learning and the notion that the teaching profession needs teacher& exceptional knowledge and specis1i7ed abilities, gained and maintained via rigorous and constant practice in a bottom-up teacher professional development program where colleagues study content and pedagogies together, plan lessons collaboratively and conduct action research as a group.
2. To date, DepEd still acknowledges the benefits of LAC as it underscores its importance in DepEd Order 34, s. 2022 reiterating DepEd Order 35, s. 2016. As stated, LAC shall be sustained by conducting it at least once a month on an in-person learning modality; however, it may also be done virtually when it is difficult to have in-person sessions, particularly when involving clustered schools. In line with this, this office announces the following activities, and schedules in its attempt to intensify School LAC:
