1. Proclamation No. 167, dated February 23, 2023, declaring Friday, February 24, 2023 as a Special Non- Working Day throughout the country is hereby communicated for the information of all concerned through this Memorandum.
2. All on-going division activities set prior the Proclamation may be pushed through. Thus, concerned personnel shall be entitled of compensatory time-off credits subject to existing guidelines.
3. Immediate dissemination and compliance of this memorandum is directed.
