1. Relative to the Division Memorandum No. 073, s. 2025 titled Provision of E-Learning Courses Scholarship for DepEd Educators, this field is hereby informed of the inclusion of additional participants for Intake 3 (See Attachment No. 1) along with other related provisions concerning the e-Learning Courses Scholarship for DepEd Educators.
2. To facilitate seamless communication regarding the scholarship program, all selected participants are kindly requested to submit their accurate DepEd email addresses at https://bit.ly/SDODasmaELC25. The E-Learning License Access Credentials will be disseminated to the scholars via their official DepEd email accounts.
3. Should an identified participant be unable to participate in the scholarship program due to retirement, resignation, health reasons, or separation from the Department of Education (DepEd), the concerned schools shall identify a replacement and fill out the abovementioned link. The replacement must be from the same school belonging to the same job group as specified in Intakes 2 and 3.
4. Furthermore, individuals identified with health concerns are required to submit a signed Waiver of Participation (See Enclosure 2) in soft copy via the same link on or before January 31, 2025. This waiver must be accompanied by a medical abstract or certificate issued by a government physician or a government-accredited healthcare facility.
