1. Last 2019, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas took the initiative in developing a standard student e-handbook that would not only provide information on student’s rights and duties but will, to a certain extent, also help develop moral character and inculcate personal discipline among them which is also a Constitutional requirement in all educational institutions. However, with the current shift in teaching and learning delivery due to the worldwide pandemic, the implementation of different learning modalities requires the division to reassess and modify the initial draft of the student e-handbook to make it applicable to both normal situations and times of national emergencies.
