1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 009, s. 2021 titled Institutionalization of a Quality Management System in the Department of Education, the recently
released DepEd Memorandum – OUHROD-2023–0074 and Regional Memorandum No. 94, s. 2023 pertaining to the above-mentioned subject, “all DepEd offices and public schools are required to post a copy of the QPS within their office premises. The QPS shall be recited by teaching and non-teaching personnel during Flag Ceremony and shall be included in the preliminary activities during the conduct of training, seminars, workshop and other similar activities of the Central Office (CO), Regional Office (RO) and Schools Division Offices (SDOs). For the schools, the QPS shall be recited during the preliminary activities of Faculty Meetings, Learning Action Cell (LAC) Sessions, or any other similar activities.”
