I. Relative to the participation of Dasmariñas City Delegation to the 2020 CALABARZON HEROES GAMES this coming February 6-11, 2020 in Batangas City with the theme” CALABARZON Heroes: Making the BIG Leap in School Sport,” we would like to inform the field that Live In Training of all athletes (for regular elementary and secondary learners, learners with disability/SPED and ALS athletes) shall be conducted from January 13 to February 1, 2020 at Dasmariñas Integrated High School, other designated training venues and assigned elementary and secondary schools designated as billeting quarters.
2. Likewise, all coaches, asst. coaches, chaperons, trainers and other delegation committees together with Division Sports Officer, Education Program Supervisors in MAPEH, ALS, and Division SPED Coordinators are required to attend the orientation / coordination meeting on January 8, 2020, 1:00pm, at Bulwagang Sigasig.
3. Delegates shall travel to Batangas City on February 3, 2020 to provide time for practice and get accustomed with the playing venues. All schools concerned must ensure that athletes, coaches, asst. coaches, chaperons, trainers, officiating officials, division / delegation officials and members of the different working committees will strictly comply with the travel schedule. The departure of Dasmariñas Delegation bound to Concepcion Elementary School/ Natalia V. Ramos Integrated High School (Billeting Schools), Batangas City will be on February 3, 2020 (Monday) 6:00 AM sharp and the point of assembly will be at City Tent- Dasmariñas Main Integrated High School. All members of the division delegation are required to bring their own mattresses and beddings.
4. Elementary and secondary schools are expected to provide all athletes with learning interventions and lesson modules as part of their academic program to compensate their missed.
