1. In line with DepEd Order No. 88, s. 2010 titled “Revised Manual of Regulations for Private Schools in Basic Education”, this office through the School Governance and Operations Division and Curriculum Implementation Division will conduct a thorough Onsite Ocular Inspection New (School or Grade Level) and Renewal of Permit to Operate of Private Schools for School Year 2025-2026 from February 6, 7, 10, 11 and 12, 2025.
2. The Onsite Monitoring Team will be composed of the Education Program Supervisor, Public Schools District Supervisor, Senior Education Program Specialist, Education Program Specialist II in School Management, Monitoring and Evaluation Section and Administrative Assistant assigned in Private Schools Office.
3. Moreover, pertinent documents in printed copy based on the checklist of their application must also be available during the inspection.
