1. Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 599 s.2004 declaring the month of February every year as National Dental Health Month, this office through the School Governance and Operations Division- School Health and Nutrition Unit will celebrate the 20th National Dental Health Month.
2. The theme for this year’s celebration is “Celebrating Decades of Healthy Smiles” which speaks about the legacy of two decades through sustained efforts and dedication of DepEd and PDA in promoting oral well-being among children.
3. The following are the activities for the month-long celebration:
a. Division-wide Sabayang Pagsisipilyo to all Elementary, Secondary students, Schools personnel and CSDO personnel to he held on February 14, 2024 at 9:00 AM, 12:00 NN and 2:00 PM.
b. Oral Health campaign through health talks, symposia and film showing.
c. Provision of dental services through partnership with Local Government Units, stakeholders and partners.
