Relative to the National Budget Memorandum No. 145, otherwise known as the National Budget Call for FY 2024, which signals the preparatory stage for the drafting of the National Expenditure Program for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024, the field is hereby informed on the submission of GAD Plan and Budget (PB) 2024 on or before March 7, 2023, Tuesday at 5:00 PM through this link: bit.ly/SDODasmaGADPB2024.
2. The school GAD Plan shall focus on the four (4) National GAD issues discussed during the crafting of GAD Plan and Budget 2023.
3. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
