- Pursuant to Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular (CSC MC) No. 5, s. 2021 titled Amendment to Omnibus Rules on Leave (CSC MC No. 41, s. 1998, as amended), which covers the provision of the civil service rules on maternity leave, paternity leave, and adoption leave and prescribed the use of the revised Application for Leave (CS Form No. 6, Revised 2020) and the Notice of Allocation of Maternity Leave (CS Form No. 6a, s. 2020), this Office directs the field on the adoption of the following amended guidelines effective immediately:
