1. Relative to DepEd Order No. 858, s. 2024 re: R4A CALABARZON 2025 Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC), authority is hereby granted to Noel D. Anciado and Fragilyn B. Rafael to conduct a preparatory meeting with the school paper advisers/coaches of the RSPC qualifiers on January 30, 2025, 1:30- 4:00 PM, at Dasmarinas II Central School.
2. The meeting agenda will cover the following:
a. Food arrangements for participants
b. Materials, equipment, and other logistical requirements
c. Final reminders for RSPC 2025
