1. In line with the Department of Education’s thrust to strengthen human resource management competencies, systems, and practices toward human resource excellence, the Schools Division of City of Dasmarinas, through the Human Resource Development (HRD) Section, hereby reiterates the guidelines on the preparation and submission of Learning and Development (L&D) and Professional Development (PD) Program Proposal in accordance with PRC Resolution No. 1948, s.2025 re: Revised Guidelines on the Processing of Applications for Accreditation of Continuing Professional Development Providers and their CPD Programs, DepEd Memorandum No. 44, s. 2023, the Division Learning and Development Praxis (DLDP).
2. Enclosed in this Memorandum is the updated matrix and guidelines of learning and development/professional development program proposal preparation and submission.
