1. Relative to the conduct of the R4A CALABARZON 2024 Regional Schools Press Conference, all concerned campus journalists and school paper advisers are informed of the additional training schedules:

2. Parental consent allowing the learners to attend the training must be secured.
3. School Heads are advised to make necessary arrangements to ensure that time-on-task will be observed in the classes handled by the teachers/school paper advisers involved. Likewise, a modular modality shall be implemented for the learners participating in the activity.
4. Transportation costs of the participants related to their attendance to this training and the contest shall be charged against local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. Participants from private schools shall make necessary arrangements with their institutions regarding their training/conference attendance.
5. Food costs of the Division trainers shall be charged against the Division journalism fund subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations while food costs, travel expenses, and incidental expenses of the campus journalists (including those who will have live-in training) shall be charged against school funds.
6. Learners who are required to attend the scheduled live-in training are expected to bring their beddings, personal hygiene kits, and other health-related paraphernalia.
7. Trainers who will render service during live-in training shall be entitled to service credits in accordance with DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003 titled Updated Guidelines on the Grant of Vacation Service Credits to Teachers. Likewise, non-teaching personnel, including management staff, shall be provided with Compensatory Time-Off (CTO) per CSC and DBM Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004 on Non-Monetary Remuneration for Overtime Service Rendered.
8. It is also reiterated that learners joining the training and contest shall be given the rightful, valid, and planned considerations in their academic requirements and performances.
