1. Relative to the Regional Memorandum No. 132, s. 2023 titled Final Venue and Other Reminders for the Conduct of Regional Training of Trainers on Advancing Basic Education in the Philippines (ABC+) Instructional Leadership Training (ILT) Upscaling Program, the field is hereby informed on the conduct of the Regional Training of Trainers on Advancing Basic Education in the Philippines (ABC+) Instructional Leadership Training (ILT) Upscaling Program, through the Human Resource Development Division- National Educators’ Academy of the Philippines in the Region (NEAP-R), on March 20-24, 2023, at M.I. Sevilla, Brgy. Domoit, Lucena City.

3. All participants will receive an email notification of the invitation to the Google Classroom on March 9, 2023, and are requested to answer the pre-test on or before March 17, 2023.
4. The opening program of the said activity will start at exactly 8:30 AM on March 20, 2023. All delegations are encouraged to be present at the venue on Sunday, as the program starts early in the morning of Monday. Accommodation of the participants who opt to stay on the night of March 19, 2023, will be arranged by the PMT but with no provision of dinner. The first meal to be served is breakfast on March 20, 2023.
5. Travel expenses for the entire duration of stay will be charged against the downloaded funds amounting to Two-Thousand Pesos (Php 2,000) per pax. Other incidental expenses shall be charged against their local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
