1. In accordance with Republic Act No. 10912 titled “Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Act of 2016,” this office, through the Human Resource Development Section, mandates all PRC-licensed professionals within the division to enroll in the Continuing Professional Development Accreditation System (CPDAS) under their Professional Account until March 1, 2024.
2. It is anticipated that all administrative leaders, teaching, teaching-related, and non-teaching personnel within the division, who hold a professional license from the PRC, must register. This registration is crucial to ensure that all personnel have the ability to track their accumulated CPD units, which are earned through participation or attendance in accredited training sessions, seminars, or activities. Furthermore, it allows them to apply for Self-Directed Learning based on the activities they have attended, participated in, or initiated within their school community. This process is integral to the professional development and continuous learning of all DepEd personnel.
