1. In preparation for the performance of the Dasmariñas City Teachers’ Chorale (DCTC) in the opening program of City Meet 2024, the group shall be having series of rehearsals for the performance dates specified below. Attendance is a must.

2. Enclosed in this memorandum is the list of participating members.
3. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
4. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to face-to-face activities shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines.
