1. In reference to the Regional Memorandum No. 60 s. 2025 or the Conduct of the 2025 Regional Athletic Meet on February 28-March 2025, this Office announces the live-in training of athletes, coaches, assistant coaches, chaperons, and trainers from February 3- 21, 2025 in different public schools within the City of Dasmarinas.
2. Public School Heads are hereby informed of the use of their respective schools as billeting quarters of the above-mentioned training.
3. Attached to this Memorandum are the billeting quarters of each team.
4. Travel costs that shall be incurred in participation to this activity shall be charged against available local funds subject to usual accounting and auditing guidelines. Furthermore, the Program Management Team has fully understood and shall comply with Division Order No. 1, s. 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic Products in Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas and Division Memorandum No. 45, s. 2021 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Training and Activities.
5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
