1. The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas shall conduct a simultaneous Focus Group Discussion for the characterization of school data on September 22, 2016, Thursday at the different venues specified below.
2. This activity aims to:
a. gather inputs from selected participants to validate submitted school data on NAT performance, dropout and repetition rate;
b. come up with a report, which will then serve as input to the division strategic plan.
3. Attached to this is the schedule of each focus group discussion. (P/ease see Enclosure Schedule of Focus Group Interview)
4. Soft copy of the questionnaire for the teachers will be sent to the respective schools. The participating teacher must accomplish the questionnaire prior to the actual conduct of the FGD.
5. After the conduct of the focus group discussion, the moderators and asst. moderators are expected to submit the consolidated report on September 27, 2016 at SDO.
6. School Heads shall send participant!s to this activity. (P/ease see Enclosure Schedule of Focus Group Interview)
7. Schools identified as venue shall provide room!s with tables, preferably round table, and chairs for 20 persons.
