1. In consonance with DepEd Order No. 44 s. 2016 entitled “Guidelines on the School-to-School Partnerships for Fiscal Year 2016” and Regional Memorandum No. 319 s.20 16 re: “Submission Of School-to-School Partnership (SSP) Report”, this office directs all SSP Leader Schools to submit the following reports:
a. Narrative Report of SSP Launching/Orientation
b. School-to-School Partnership Agreement
c. Fund Utilization and Liquidation Reports properly signed (NOTE: REPORTS SHOULD BE IN EXCEL FORMAT)
2. Please submit your report to the Division Office (c/o SGOD) in both hard and soft copy at email address dasmarinas.city@deped.gov.ph on October 7, 2016.
3. Immediate dissemination and compliance to this memorandum is earnestly desired.
