1. Relative to the Registry of Qualified Applicants for School Year 2019-2020 posted at the Division website, this Office hereby advises the field of the guidelines in appointing qualified teacher-applicants.
2. The Registry of Qualified Teacher-Applicants shall be the guide in appointing Teacher I item for new school personnel position (NSPP) and natural vacancies in Kindergarten, Elementary Schools and Junior High Schools for School Year 2019-2020 only.
3. The Personnel Unit shall notify the qualified teacher-applicant to claim the Notice of Assignment and Document Submission.
