1. Pursuant to Regional Memorandum re: Monitoring of Opening of Classes for SY 2019-2020 in Public and Private Elementary and Secondary Schools dated May 15, 2019, this Office announces the conduct of monitoring of opening of classes in public and private elementary and secondary schools on June 3, 2019 in the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas.
2. The activity aims to: (a) ensure that public and private elementary and secondary schools strictly follow the provisions stated in the implementing Guidelines of DepEd Order No. 007, s. 2019; (b) provide instructional support and supervision to schools in need of assistance; and (c) ensure school
preparedness in providing relevant services to learners.
3. Enclosure I presents the list of monitoring officials assigned to each cluster. It is encouraged that the monitoring officials carefully document and really see the actual scenarios during opening of classes. Monitoring officials are expected to use the designed monitoring tool for opening of classes (see enclosure 2).
4. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
