Relative to Division Memorandum No. 98, s. 2020 re: QR Coded Certificate of Employment for DepEd Dasmariñas Personnel Returning for their Respective Provinces to Dasmariñas City or Any Part of the Province of Cavite for Purposes of Reporting for Service and Other Requirements for Travel Relative to the Management of Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI), the field is hereby informed that the said QR Coded Certificate of Employment shall not be used for purposes other than as proof of employment for employees returning from their respective provinces to Dasmariñas City or any part of the Province of Cavite.
Those who are already in Dasmariñas City or any part of the Province of Cavite need not obtain said QR coded certificates since the only purpose of the same is to allow locally stranded DepEd personnel in other provinces to travel back to the Province of Cavite in case they are required to present proof of employment should their valid DepEd issued identification cards be considered insufficient or unavailable.
The said certificate does not replace any travel pass or home quarantine pass issued by the Department of Interior and Local Government or any local government unit.
All personnel should still follow travelling protocols set by the local executives of the area where they are located depending on its community quarantine classification.
