1. Pursuant to R.A. 9155, “Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001 “, Administrative Order No. 161, s. 2006: “Institutionalizing Quality Management System in Governance”, amended through Executive Order No. 605, s. 2007: “Institutionalizing the Structure, Mechanisms and Standards to Implement Quality Management Program; and as an offshoot from the discussions during the Division Programs and Projects Management Committee Meeting held at Hotel Dominique, Tagaytay City on September 15, 2016, the field is hereby informed of the Division Baseline Quality Assurance, Technical Assistance, Monitoring and Evaluation (QATAME) Team Visitation for SY 2016-2017.
2. This activity aims to:
a. Promote transparency & accountability in school governance;
b. Provide support to school in terms of progress monitoring and evaluation; and
c. Enhance public school performance by assuring the quality of various school systems, programs and projects, and processes, specifically:
a.1 School-Based Management (SBM)
a.2 Continuous Improvement Program (CIP)
a.3 Enhanced School Improvement Plan (E-SIP)
a.4 Canteen Management
3. The list of monitoring officials and the schedule of visit can be found in Enclosure No. 1.
