1. In response to DM-PHRODFO-2020-00162 re: Webinar: The Individual Performance Commitment And Review Form (IPCRF) Data Collection System for School Year (SY) 2019-2020, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas will conduct a Division Orientation on The Individual Performance Commitment And Review Form (IPCRF) Data Collection System for School Year (SY) 2019-2020 to all public elementary and secondary school heads and school ICT coordinators on June 5, 2020 at 9:00 AM via Google Meet.
2. The virtual orientation aims that the concerned personnel are adept in:
• accomplishing the electronic Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF);
• submitting the IPCRFs of teachers via online; and
• monitoring the submission of the IPCRFs of teachers via online

The identified participants are instructed to bring sample accomplished IPCRF and to fill out the Google Form which can be accessed at: https://cutt.ly/IPCRFdatacollection2019-2020 for the online registration of the orientation via webinar and must register on or before June 2, 2020 until 5:00 p.m. The meeting details, including the meeting link, will be sent to the participants’ email addresses.
