1. Relative to a letter received from Mr. Joven E. Dicen, City Council for the Protection of Children (CCPC) Chairperson/City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) Head regarding the upcoming 2025 Safer Internet Day Celebration titled “Safer Internet Day: Dasmarinas, Together for a Better Internet”, this Division hereby requests for the participation of the Public Schools’ Learner Government Teacher-Advisers, Presidents, Vice-Presidents, and Division Youth Formation Coordinators on the said activity to be held on February 11, 2025, 8:00 AM onwards at Hotel Kimberly Tagaytay, Crisanto M. Delos Reyes Avenue, Brgy. Kaybagal North, Tagaytay City.
2. The event is to be conducted by the Dasmarinas City Council for the Protection of Children (CCPC) in partnership with Plan International Philippines which aims to call for action to promote better and safer internet use for everyone. This event will use a bottom-up approach and put a premium on children’s and young voices.
3. There will be no registration fee to be collected. Food and the transportation of the selected participants from and to the Division Office and the venue will be provided by the CCPC, thus, participants are advised to be at the Division Office on or before 6:30 AM.
