1. To ensure effective conduct and management of Sports Meet in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas, selected officiating officials will be tapped to handle the games. Selection of the officiating officials will be based on their level of expertise, hence to update the coaches and meet officials regarding the rules in the different Sports Discipline a Division Seminar-Workshop will be conducted this coming October 25-28, 2016 at Dasmariñas National High School /Selected Elem. Schools in the Division (other venue after the opening program at DNHS).
2. The seminar will focus on strengthening and upgrading the coaching and officiating competencies of the MSEP/MAPEH teachers in the division. Specifically it aims to:
2.1 Train coaches and officiating officials in the different sports discipline.
2.2 Discuss and implement the updated rules and strategies in coaching and officiating.
2.3 Prepare coaches and officials for the conduct of their Lower meet, Unit ,District and City Meet
3. Participants to this training are MSEP/MAPEH teachers, coaches, officiating officials, district and School PE Coordinators. They are advised to bring their own snacks, packed lunch and personal officiating equipment like whistles, racquets, gloves and other sports paraphernalia and wear their most comfortable attire. Food provision will be provided to the discussants.
