1. With reference to the OUA Memo 00-0121-0040 dated January 14, 2021 titled Migration to Microsoft Teams as Official Online Communication Platform, the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas, through the Human Resource Development (HRD), shall implement the following effective immediately:
a. L&D and GAD Coordinators Database shall be accessed through bit.ly/HRDCoorDatabase.
b. Communication Platform of all L&D and GAD coordinators shall be through Microsoft Teams.
c. All training and activity online tool such as evaluation and all HRD-related submissions shall be through Microsoft Forms.
2. Orientation to all L&D and GAD coordinators related to this will be on April 29, 2022 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM via Microsoft Teams.
3. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
