In response to the letter of the Civil Service Commission dated September 22, 2016 re: Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test, the services of the accredited DepEd personnel is hereby requested to act as Test Administrators.
1. Career Service Professional and Sub-professional Examination to be conducted in our schools division on October 23, 2016.
2. Conduct of PROCTAD Seminar for accreditation of additional Test Administrators on October 13, 2016 at Congressional National High School AVR, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
3. Orientation of Examiners and Proctors is on October 19, 2016 at the following venues:
• Dasmariñas National High School Library – 8:30 to 11:00 am and 1:00 to 3:30 pm
• Dasmariñas II Central School Library – 8:30 to 11:00 am and 1:00 to 3:30 pm
4. The schools to be used as Examination Centers are the following:
CS Professional
• Dasmariñas National High School
• Dasmariñas Elementary School
• Francisco E. Barzaga Memorial School
• Sta. Cruz Elementary School
CS Subprofessional
• Dasmariñas II Central School
5. Hereto attached is the list of Test Administrator with confirmed availability on the said dates.
6. It is understood that no Test Administrator/s can served on examination day without orientation/briefing
