1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 41 s. 2015 re: Senior High School Career Guidance Program and Early Registration, DepEd Memorandum No. 165 s. 2017 re: Implementation of Grade 11 Career Guidance Program, and DepEd Memorandum No. 169 s. 2018 re: Implementation of the Grade 12 Career Guidance Modules, this Office hereby reiterates the implementation of Grade 10, 11, and 12 Career Guidance Program in all public secondary schools in Dasmarinas City.
2. Relative hereto, all public secondary schools are reminded to ensure the conduct of CGP which shall be delivered by the trained class adviser during the weekly Homeroom Guidance. The schools shall deliver the Grade 10 and 12 CGP Modules during the I Semester while the Grade 11 CGP Modules shall deliver four modules each semester. The school guidance counselor / guidance teacher shall assist the class advisers and make the necessary arrangements on the discussion of the modules. This will be monitored by the Division Youth Formation Coordinators.
3. School Guidance Counselor / Guidance Teacher shall submit the approved schedule of the conduct of CGP via email at yfp@depeddasma.edu.ph on or before June 10, 2019. The Consolidated Career Guidance Program Monitoring Form and Accomplishment Reports for the 1st Semester shall likewise be submitted via email on or before October 25, 2019.
4. Expenses relative to this program shall be charged against School MODE subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
